Recently, in promoting the research and application of adhesives many liaison matters have left me at a loss, but the initiative of Du Qingwei, the regional manager of the sales department, has illuminated the way forward.
He listened to our demands and took the initiative to lead the liaison with various manufacturers. Since we need to verify the actual effect of the new adhesive after coating in downstream PET film, downstream wood board factories, and downstream cutting application terminals, he has been busy coordinating PET manufacturers and meticulously promoting various verification work in recent days; then he contacted downstream customers one one, patiently sorted out demand pain points, and even extended to the next downstream customer liaison, successfully establishing a complete business verification chain. Every detail of communication, every demand ofison, he patiently explained the reasons, properly connected all parties, and stably solved our most difficult problems.
This initiative not only clears away the obstacles for work progress but allows us to deeply feel the warmth and strength of teamwork.
