During a recent team inspection, I saw Cui Guangyin, a blow film operator from department two, running towards another machine.
Turns out that when Cui Guangyin passed by the machine, he noticed an abnormal condition where the film bubble was unstable. The colleague responsible for that machine had just gone the restroom. Without any hesitation, he immediately ran over and, with his professional judgment, quickly and properly handled the abnormal issue.
Seeing this scene, I was deeply and felt the cohesion and sense of responsibility of "team spirit". I immediately gave Cui Guangyin oral praise and initiated a public commendation in the workshop notification.
Cui Guangyin did not choose to stand by because it was "not his responsibility", but instead, with a high sense of responsibility, he took the to fill the gap. Not only did he avoid a possible production accident, but he also conveyed the positive energy of team mutual assistance through cross-position support, vividly the values of "team spirit" and "customer-centered".
