The Road to Growth from an Ordinary Worker to a Middle-level Manager
Since joining Shandong Jia Run in 2004, Shichao's life trajectory has been closely linked to the company's development. From an ordinary worker on the production line in the film blowing workshop to a workshop foreman production supervisor, production deputy manager, and now the manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Sun Shichao has taken each step with firmness and strength.
"Every has its responsibilities and tests, and only with a sense of scale in your heart can your actions be measured," Sun Shichao said with emotion when looking back on his. It is this reverence for work and deep understanding of responsibility that has allowed him to excel in every position and continuously break through himself, becoming a model for the company' talent growth.
Honest, Disciplined, and Trustworthy Jia Run Person
In Sun Shichao's career, honesty and discipline have always been his consistent. Faced with the monetary temptations of red envelopes and kickbacks from suppliers, he has always maintained a clear head and firm stance. He admitted that he also had ideological struggles he first faced temptations, but gradually developed the habit of refusing or handing them over immediately.
"The company trusts me to do this, so I can't betray that," Sun Shichao said. He recalled an experience of purchasing equipment, where the other party offered him a red envelope of 20,000 yuan to an agreement. He immediately reported it to the company's leaders and returned the red envelope as required. Later, after the equipment transaction was completed, the other party transferred another 0,000 yuan red envelope, which he promptly accepted and handed over to the company's finance department, and also sent a screenshot of the transfer to the other. Sun Shichao's honest and disciplined behavior not only won the trust of the company and respect from the supplier but also set an example for the team of "being honest disciplined, and trustworthy."
No matter the gains or losses, implement the safety system
Everyone has witnessed Sun Shichao's execution. In safety work, he drafted and formulated a multi-level joint responsibility system, decomposing safety responsibilities layer by layer to each management level. When asked if he would have the idea of standards when personal interests conflict with safety assessments, he replied with a smile: "The safety management system was drafted by me, and the joint responsibility assessment is a key part of the. There is no reason not to implement it, and I will not even consider personal punishment."
In dealing with potential safety hazards or accidents, he always insists on principles, condoning or making concessions. His firm attitude and strong execution have truly implemented the safety management system and effectively protected the safety of employees.
Lead by example, practice corporate culture
As a practitioner and disseminator of corporate culture, Sun Shichao not only adheres to the bottom line, integrity, and trustworthiness himself but also actively influences and drives colleagues. He often reminds the department members: "We are the departments that implement the system ourselves, we must strictly demand ourselves, and it is absolutely not allowed to do things that shouldn't do."
When asked "why he refused interviews multiple times", he said with a smile: "I just did what I should do as a Jiun employee, there is nothing worth interviewing and promoting, if you have to say something, I hope every Jiayun employee can adhere to the bottom line and practice the corporate with real actions."
Sun Shichao interpreted the profound connotation of integrity and responsibility with his actual actions, and through his growth journey, he showed the true meaning of and growth.
