As the plane touched down at Dubai International Airport, the dazzling outside the window coated this desert city with a golden edge. As one of the first batch of technical guides sent to the UAE branch factory, I carried a heavy responsibility and a spirit exploration for the unknown. Starting from each link such as site layout, material handling flow, stream, equipment and facility analysis, capacity analysis, process analysis, quality control, cost control, post optimization, and safe production, we started improving and doing data analysis while working, every day was extremely fulfilling.
