From the banks of the Mudan River to the banks of the Yi River, I have crossed 100 kilometers of mountains and rivers to come to Jia Run in Shandong. When I first came to the company, I was full of anxiety in the face of the environment of the blowing film position, the complex and precise equipment and the process that was not yet familiar. Fortunately, the enthusiastic help of my colleagues allowed me to quickly integrate into United and friendly collective and make continuous progress on the road of skill growth.
During the interview, Sister Shao from the Human Resources Department took me to visit the workshop. She and meticulously explained the characteristics of each position, and I developed a strong interest in the blowing film position and was assigned to that position as I wished. When I first entered Department3, as a "white", I was ignorant of everything. In the first week of joining the company, the machine captain Wang Guodong took the initiative to bring me He taught me the basic operations of blowing film from the beginning, and explained the work reporting process and the operation of the A3 system in great detail. Through repeated demonstrations, he a solid foundation for my work. Later, I continued to learn with Master Quan Chuanxiang. Master Quan shared his equipment adjustment skills and production experience without reservation, deepened my understanding and perception of the position. In the early days of being responsible for the machine independently, I encountered many problems. Whenever this happens, Master Quan Chuanang always appears in the first time and gives me patient guidance; Colleagues such as Zhou Ming and Sun Shixin will also surround me enthusiastically and teach me how deal with it and help me solve the problem.
I remember once on the night shift, there was an emergency in the workshop, and a compressor failure caused five blowing film to stop. The situation was urgent, and colleagues such as Zhao Qihai from Department 2 quickly came to support. The five of us worked together, racing against to check the problem and rush to repair the equipment, and finally successfully started the equipment. However, new challenges followed, and after starting the machine, the membrane tube appeared with the situation of big and small heads. I was in a hurry and hurriedly asked the foreman Zhang Zhen for help. Foreman Zhang has rich experience and immediately saw that automatic wind ring heating scan was not turned on. He quickly solved the fault and taught me in detail how to check this kind of problem. This experience not only let me learn new, but also let me deeply feel the strong cohesion of the team.
From the strangeness and confusion when I first came here to the present when I can operate the skillfully, every step of growth can not be separated from the enthusiastic help of my colleagues. In the future work, I will be guided by the company's values of " spirit, customer-centered, integrity, growth", constantly hone my own skills, contribute more strength to the team, and help the company to move towards the vision of "J Run Film, Protecting the World, Climbing to a Great Enterprise".
