The cool breeze of autumn brings with it the fragrance of osmanthus, and the Double Ninth returns once again.
On October 29th, we celebrated the traditional festival of Double Ninth Festival, which symbolizes respect and love for the elderly. The "ratitude to You, Family and Enterprise United" Double Ninth Festival event for outstanding employees' parents, meticulously prepared by Shandong Jiaren, was launched with and sincerity.
Sixteen outstanding employees' parents were invited to visit Jiaren, where they were surrounded by the caring company of volunteers and the enthusiastic reception company leaders, immersing themselves in the places where their children work and spending a warm and unforgettable Double Ninth Festival together.
At 9 a.m., with warm autumn sun shining, the elders arrived at the company gate one after another. The volunteers, like taking care of their own parents, greeted each elder with a warm welcome and guided to the festive red scarf and the company's promotional handbag.
At 10 a.m., the Double Ninth Tea Party officially began in a warm harmonious atmosphere. Chairman Jia Ruijun of Shandong Jiaren delivered the welcome speech. The chairman warmly welcomed all the elders and expressed his heartfelt gratitude them. He thanked them for nurturing such outstanding children, so the company could have a diligent and excellent team of employees. In the end, the chairman wished all the elders to fun at Jiaren, eat happily, and enjoy the festival. The chairman's sincere words won rounds of warm applause from the audience, and the smiles on the elders' became even brighter.
At the tea party, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. The large screen displayed the work style and excellent evaluations of outstanding employees. The elders' eyes the familiar figures on the screen, listening to the affirmation and praise of their children's work performance from the host, filled with unspeakable relief and pride. The eyes many elders were already moist.
Then, the senior leaders of Jiaren took turns handing out the carefully prepared holiday gifts to each elder, and although the gifts were light they carried the company's good wishes for the elders' health and longevity. At the moment when they received the gifts, the elders kept thanking them, and the temperature of fingers conveyed their mutual intentions, with the warmth surging on the scene.
After the tea party, under the guidance of the volunteers and the company's senior leaders a special "job exploration tour" began.
From the Jiaren Happiness Academy soaked in humanistic care, to the cultural wall that records the company's honors the world market layout; from the orderly and advanced production workshop, to the research and development center that gathers innovative wisdom; and then to the clean and comfortable, fully employee apartments and the rich and elegant Happiness Restaurant, every place left the elders' figures and praises.
Walking, looking, and asking along the way, the often exchanged views with the accompanying leaders and volunteers. They deeply understood Jiaren's development philosophy, corporate culture, and employee care measures, and truly felt Jiaren' care and love for its employees.
At noon, the Double Ninth Midday Banquet officially began. On the table, a variety of carefully cooked dishes, both meat vegetables, were nutritious and delicious. During the banquet, company leaders and elders sat together. The elders opened their hearts and talked about their feelings from this visit, full of recognition praise for Jiaren. Sincere words and heartfelt exchanges filled the whole banquet with the flavor of home.
After the lunch, the warm sun shone all over the earth. The elders gathered in twos and threes, holding hands and linking, chatting about family affairs, life and children, with a happy smile on their faces. Warm words flowed under the sun, dyeing a strong taste of happiness.
joyous time is always short, unconsciously, the event has come to an end. The elders held gifts and took group photos to commemorate the Double Ninth Festival, and said to the company's leaders and volunteers with reluctance.
The successful holding of this Double Ninth Festival Open Day for Outstanding Employees' Parents not only allows employees' to deeply understand their children's work and living environment, feel the company's humanistic care, but also builds a bridge for communication between the company and employees' families, is a vivid reflection of Shandong Jiarun's "family culture" practice.
