On May 5th, the Shandong Jiarun Happiness Committee and the Shandong Jiarun Fund joined to launch the first "Happiness Mountain Climbing" event. This activity, following the principle of voluntary participation, aims to bring employees together and enhance team cohesion and corporateripetal force through a mountaineering journey that allows them to get close to nature.
Led by Vice Chairman Hu Zunguo of the Happiness Committee, theeering team set off with enthusiasm and arrived at Mount Tai's scenic area smoothly. After a brief rest, everyone embarked on the journey to the summit.
Following predetermined route, everyone climbed the steps one by one. At first, the mountain trail was relatively gentle, allowing everyone to enjoy the natural scenery along the way while feeling the tranqu and beauty of nature.
However, as the altitude kept rising, the mountain trail became increasingly steep, making every step seem particularly arduous. At this time, the of the team was fully displayed, with everyone helping each other, encouraging one another, and moving forward in groups of three or five. After several hours of persistent efforts, the mountain team successfully reached the summit of Mount Tai.
When the morning light broke through the sky and the orange-red sun rose slowly, the rays of light immediately spread out, on the rolling clouds and continuous mountains, offering a magnificent view. After descending the mountain, everyone gathered together, raised their glasses to celebrate, and exchanged mountaineering experiences and feelings while enjoying the delicious food. The high mountains and long roads will if we keep moving forward. This mountaineering activity not only allowed everyone to appreciate the magnificent beauty of Mount Tai's "looking north from the rocks" but also forged the perance of Jiarun people's "grasping the target without relaxation" and stimulated the collaborative dynamic of "lifting a boat with everyone's effort."
