To further expand our horizons and seek a broader range of intellectual collisions and experience exchanges, on March 1st, the Linyi Happiness Enterprise Alliance teamed up with the Fujian Happiness Enterprise Alliance to jointly launch a grandiose benchmarking study tour. Chairman Jiauijun and Executive General Manager Sun Zhongsheng of Shandong Jiayun, along with a group of 15 others, participated in this study tour.
The study tour group delved into the Haomai Group, personally experiencing its magnificent development history and splendid achievements, gaining an in-depth understanding of Haomai Group' unique corporate culture, and profoundly feeling the unique charm of its advanced development philosophy and outstanding business model.
To exchange learning experiences, promote the collective growth and improvement of team members and help Jiayun's development to reach higher levels, Shandong Jiayun held a Haomai study tour debriefing meeting on March 2nd.
At the meeting, everyone expressed their views around what they saw, heard, thought, and considered during the study tour. From the scientific nature of the reward and system to the full participation in improving innovation; from the positive employee demeanor to the unique factory area settings... everyone engaged in in-depth sharing and discussions from multiple dimensions, combined with Jiayun's own situation, analyzed which content was worth learning from.
With a common goal, we can cross mountains and seas. With combined, we look to the future. This study tour activity and debriefing meeting is not only an opportunity for cognitive upgrade but also a new starting point for Jiayun to together and strive forward.
